Andy is both conscientious and skilled and his work is of a very high standard.  He replaced ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and terracotta floor tiles on the stairs and landings.  More recently he replaced the wood in the garage door as well as re-staining some window frames and panelling.  Andy is also very tidy and cleans up properly after his work.  I have no hesitation in recommending him.
